• Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

2. Battery Warranty

• Coverage: Batteries are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Exclusions: Battery damage resulting from improper maintenance, exposure to extreme temperatures, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

3. Motor Warranty

• Coverage: The motor is warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Exclusions: Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

4. Rear End Warranty

• Coverage: The rear end of the vehicle is warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Exclusions: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

5. Frame Warranty

• Coverage: The frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty is void if the frame is modified or damaged due to a crash or misuse.
• Exclusions: Unauthorized modifications and damages resulting from accidents or misuse are not covered.

• Location: All warranty claims must be fulfilled at our location in Amherst.
